1. Who we are

NeatRows (“we”, “us”) provides document data extraction, cleaning and conversion services through this website. Contact: neatrows.support@gmail.com.

2. The service

You upload documents (PDF, images) and we deliver structured data files (Excel, CSV or a Google Sheets-ready workbook) according to the plan you purchase. Our process combines automated extraction with quality checks, and human verification where values are uncertain.

3. Accuracy

We work to deliver accurate data, but no extraction process guarantees 100% accuracy on every document, in particular for low-quality scans, handwriting or ambiguous source data. You remain responsible for reviewing the data before relying on it for financial, legal, medical or other critical decisions. Errors in our output are corrected free of charge through the revisions included in your plan.

4. Your documents

You confirm that you have the right to share the documents you upload and that they do not contain unlawful content. You keep all rights to your documents and to the data we deliver. We use your documents only to perform your order (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are in US dollars and shown before payment. Work starts after payment is confirmed. Delivery times (24 or 48 hours depending on the plan) are targets counted from payment confirmation; we notify you if a document needs more time. Page limits per plan apply; images count as one page each.

6. Revisions and refunds

7. Prohibited use

Do not upload documents you obtained illegally, documents intended for fraud or forgery, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel such orders.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of delivered data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to it.
