What we collect

• Order data: your email, optional name and company, country, order details and instructions.
• Documents you upload and the files we produce from them.
• Payment status and amounts (card or bank details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by us).
• Anonymous visit counts by traffic source. We do not store IP addresses for analytics and use no advertising trackers.

Why

Only to perform your order, deliver files, send order emails, provide support, keep accounting records and protect the service against abuse.

Who processes data for us

• Our hosting provider (servers and storage).
• Our email provider (order emails).
• The payment provider you choose at checkout.

We never sell your data and never use your documents for marketing or to train models.

Retention

Uploaded documents and delivered files are deleted automatically after 30 days, unless you ask us to keep them. You can delete them immediately from your order page. Order records (number, amount, dates, email) are kept as long as required for accounting.

Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled storage, encrypted secrets, two-factor authentication for administrative access, and access logs.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting neatrows.support@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

International transfers

We serve customers worldwide; data may be processed in countries other than yours by the providers listed above, with appropriate safeguards where required.
