Free revisions

Starter and Business include 1 revision, Professional includes 2. Request them from your order page within 14 days of delivery, describing what is wrong.

Full refund

• We cannot extract usable data from your document.
• We miss the delivery time by more than 48 hours and you ask to cancel.
• You cancel before processing starts.

Partial or no refund

If the delivered file is usable and errors are corrected through revisions, the order is considered fulfilled. Requests that change the original instructions after delivery may be quoted separately.

How

Contact support with your order number. Refunds are issued through the original payment provider when it allows it, otherwise by another method agreed with you; the delay depends on the provider.
